Heart, Body, and Spirit in Balance

  It’s very simple really. It starts with an email.

• If you already know how you would like to proceed, you can let me know what you’ve already chosen. For example, “I’d like to clear my Heart Wall, or I want to do the Body Code for allergy relief.
• If you’re not sure, that’s ok, too! If this is all new to you, how would you know what to choose?

There are a few options. 

• You can ask your inner self, “What would serve me best?”
• Or you can schedule a 20-minute consultation, and we can discuss what’s going on and which approach would likely be most beneficial. The consultation fee is applied to your first appointment should you choose to move forward.
• Or you can email me and ask my opinion. Give me a rough idea of what you’re dealing with (just a few sentences are all I need), and then I can provide a plan for you.
• Once you decide how you’d like to begin reclaiming your life, let me know if you’d like a simple email report after the work is done, or if you’d like a more personalized experience via Zoom.

• The email version is more cost-effective—I let you know the approximate time I’ll be doing the work. You may want to be in a quiet space to observe energetic sensations, but that’s totally up to you. It works just as well while you continue your busy day. When I’m finished, you’ll receive an email report with what was found and cleared, as well as an explanation of the terminology used. You then receive a follow-up email. If you have any questions regarding what was done, they will be answered.

• The Zoom chat is more in-depth—we have more time for questions, discussion, and feedback. The clearing is done on you in real-time. You’ll then receive a link so that you can watch the session again and follow along with a transcript.
