"I don't know what took me so long to reach out to Dr. Kevin. Our family had been intermittently in his care for several years but had moved. I fell ill with something very strange—there was a fever and hallucinations, pain everywhere, couldn’t eat, and bed rest for five days in a row. "Kevin Smith was referred to me by one of his existing patients. I had no idea how incredibly amazing his work could be! We only spoke on the phone. I have a history of eight seizures in a four-year span. Doctors couldn’t tell me why but labeled me an epileptic. "I am an asymmetrical old piece o' meat with a 2.5" leg length difference. Being profoundly crooked, I have complex structural issues and can get stuck. I think Dr. K digs the challenge. I see him infrequently, not as often as I should. He quickly helps me get the glide back in my stride, and away I go, on my way to bein' straightened out. There's still a 2.5" leg length difference, but I feel good, ready to carry on.
